You do, as a rule. Wherever possible we register them in your name and email address and hand over the management details. JAPULSE acts only as the party carrying out the setup.
Yes. Growth covers two languages, and Premium covers three — Japanese, Thai and English. Specialist medical or legal translation is quoted separately.
We hand over a structure that's straightforward to update, and walk you through it at launch. For anything harder to do yourself, a monthly plan or the monthly update option covers it.
Yes. Google Maps and Google Business setup starts at 1,990 THB, and LINE / WhatsApp paths are 990 THB. Auto-replies or API development are quoted separately.
We hand over the data for your live site, and if the domain and server are in your name it simply stays online. After stopping, we no longer perform updates, improvements or uptime checks. We explain the handover procedure in advance.
Revision rounds are set per plan — 2 for Starter, 3 for Growth and Premium. If you cancel after work has started, we settle for the work completed up to that point. Scope, deadline and revision rounds are confirmed in writing before we begin.
