1. Scope
These terms set out the conditions for using the website production and related services (the “Services”) provided by JAPULSE (“we”, “us”). Where an individual quote or contract differs from these terms, that document takes precedence.
2. Quotes
Quotes state the scope of work, number of pages, languages supported, indicative deadline, revision rounds and the treatment of external costs. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. If scope changes, we issue a revised quote.
3. Deliverables and rights
Rights to use the delivered work transfer to the client once payment is complete. Fonts, stock imagery and plugins owned by third parties remain subject to their own licence terms. Copy, photographs and logos supplied by the client remain the client's property.
4. Revisions
Revision rounds are set per plan — 2 for Starter, 3 for Growth and Premium. Revisions beyond that, and structural changes or additional pages after sign-off, are quoted separately.
5. External services and costs
External costs — domain, hosting, booking services, outsourced translation and advertising — are the client's responsibility. Third-party accounts are created in the client's name and email address wherever possible, and ownership remains with the client.
6. Client cooperation
Production requires the client to review content, supply photos and copy, and respond to queries. Where responses are delayed, deadlines extend accordingly.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation before work starts is free of charge. After work has started, the client settles for work completed to that point. External costs already paid, such as domain registration fees, are non-refundable.
8. Limits of warranty
We do not guarantee search rankings, enquiry volume, revenue or any other outcome. Defects arising from our own work and discovered after launch are corrected free of charge.
9. Prohibited requests
We cannot accept work that is unlawful, that infringes third-party rights, or that exists to publish false credentials or fake reviews.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability is capped at the amount the client has paid us for the project in question. We are not liable for damages arising from third-party service outages, client-side actions, or unauthorised access by third parties.
11. Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute regarding the Services, we will first seek to resolve it through good-faith discussion.
These terms are a current draft and will receive a final review by the responsible party before launch.
